What is a Rule 26 Report?

A Rule 26 report is a report that parties are required to provide to the court following the parties’ discussion of the various issues related to discovery and the progression of the lawsuit detailed in Federal Rule of Procedure 26(a). Pursuant to Federal Rule of Procedure 26(f), the report must be submitted to the court within fourteen (14) days of the initial meeting.
